Restricted Regions
Within the United States, our products cannot currently be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, the Northern Mariana Islands, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Lore is headquartered in Beijing, China, with a subsidiary in Shenzhen. All orders will be shipped from Shenzhen. We offer free international shipping to the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. Lore provides free worldwide shipping regardless of the order value. Please note that we do not ship to post office boxes, U.S. territories, or APO/FPO addresses.
International Shipping
No matter where you are, we strive to deliver your desired luggage as soon as possible. Therefore, we partner with various shipping carriers, and you will receive your order within 5-12 business days from the time you place it.
We understand your concern about order processing time. Once you place an order, we take immediate action. Typically, orders are processed within 3-4 business days of receipt. During this stage, your products undergo a three-round quality inspection process to ensure they meet our high-quality standards.
