Returns
Eligibility
• You may return most new, unused, and unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Please note that international shipping can be both costly and time-consuming. If you wish to return an item due to personal preference, we recommend reselling it on second-hand platforms like eBay.
• To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it and in its original packaging.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any associated fees.
Items that do not meet these standards will not be accepted for return.
Initiating a Return
To start a return, follow these steps:
• Contact our customer support team at nguyenthanhyen97202@gmail.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
• Once you receive the RA number, securely package the item(s) you wish to return, including all original product packaging, documents, and accessories.
• Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
• Ship the returned item to the address provided with your RA number. You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).
Refund Timeline
We always do our best to keep our customers satisfied and are here to help. You will receive your refund within 7 business days, though it may take longer during weekends or holidays. After we issue the refund, you will receive an email from us to remind you to check. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
About Refunds
1. If your order did not include any promotions or discounts, you will receive a full refund for the item, equal to the price displayed on our website (the item’s original price).
2. If your order included a promotion or discount, the calculated price you paid for the item will be adjusted accordingly. This will result in a refund amount that differs from the item’s original cost. If you want to check the discounted amount of the item, you can go to the order lookup page or access this query.
3. Shipping costs are not included in the refund.
Return Fees
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and taxes. We recommend using a carrier with tracking capabilities, such as FedEx or UPS. Lore is not liable for items lost or stolen during transit.
Return Status
Please confirm with your shipping carrier that we have received your returned item.
